- All reservations require a 2 (two) night deposit plus tax to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel 30 Days Prior To Arrival Avoid Two Night cancellation Fee
- Seven Days up to Arrival Date: Any and all adjustments to a reservation within this period, which may include full or partial cancellation or no shows, will be assessed the cost of the full length of stay, plus applicable taxes.

Additional Fees
- For additional persons 17 years and older, a $80 charge per night is applied
- The maximum number of persons per rooms four ( 4).
- Roll-away beds are complimentary based on availability.
- There is no charge for children eighteen (18) years of age and under sharing the same room as the parents and using existing bedding with a maximum of 4 persons per room
- Baggage handling fees are at the discretion of the guest
- Housekeeping (maid) gratuities are recommended at $4 per room per day.
EARLY DEPARTURE
All Resort guests are notified at the time of booking their reservation, as well as at check-in, that the Resort will charge a fee for early departure. The current fee is one full night’s room rate plus tax at the Group rate if a guest departs earlier than the departure date stated on their registration.
Check in/Check out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If a late check-out is requested, a charge of 50% of the Group Rate will be assessed. Late check-out after 6:00 p.m. will be charged a full day’s rate.
Rate Validity
A limited number of rooms have been secured for arrival on Saturday, June 19 through Saturday, June 26, 2027, as part of our official conference room block. However, the discounted group rates are available from June 16 through June 28, 2027-subject to availability.

Parking for Hotel Guests
Conference attendees staying at the Hyatt Maui reserved through the official conference room block receive a 50% discount off the Self-parking rate ( $25 per day ). Valet parking is available at a daily rate of $55.00. Parking rates are subject to change. Gratuities are suggested.
Parking for Guests staying off-site
Self-parking is $25 per day -but subject to change.
